I grew up in Norwich and lived in different parts of the country—Missouri, Boston, and New Jersey—and eventually returned here with my wife and kids. It’s been a revelation since returning to Vermont how much I enjoy being part of the Upper Valley community. It’s not easy for a lot of people living here, and it’s a reminder that Vermont is a complicated state.”
