April is late for a last minute snow storm, but nothing says spring like tulips.

I've got two lips, but they ain't like those tulips. Unfortunately, we rarely come to Vt. this time of year. Too busy readying the boat, you know. Is mud season still in full swing, or has it started to dry out?
